Alexander Ostrovsky, the CEO of O1 Properties: "A-Residence is the second project by O1 Properties in the residential segment. We see a logic in applying our deep expertise in the creation and management of class-A business centers, many of which have become Moscow landmarks, to create top-quality upmarket residential property. This in no way contradicts the company's overall strategy, which remains unchanged, and is focused on premium office real estate located primarily in Moscow’s central business district."
